"Flexible, but the pacing was a bit uneven"
I actually liked being able to do the lessons on my own schedule, which made things convenient. But some weeks felt like they moved really slowly, and then all of a sudden everything felt rushed. Overall it was okay, I just wish the pacing had been a little more consistent.

"Self-paced course didn’t live up to the hype"
I really wanted to give this course a fair shot, but it ended up being a letdown. A lot of the material felt outdated, and the way it was laid out made it hard to follow without constantly second-guessing what I was supposed to do next. after paying, I started feeling like I couldn’t really trust what I’d signed up for. It just didn’t feel worth the money

"Enrollment was okay, just a little confusing"
Signing up on ed2go went about as expected, but I did have to click around a bit to find the class details and figure out the payment steps. It worked out in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest process. I think it could be made a little easier for first-time users.

"I had a rough time..."
I had a rough time using the site. It felt clunky, pages loaded strangely, and finding my course took way too much clicking around. if people are paying for access to classes, the platform should be clear and easy to use. It’s not really fair to make users struggle just to get to what they already signed up for.

"The forums were basically a ghost town"
I was expecting the forums to be a place where people actually discussed stuff, asked questions, and helped each other out, but honestly… it felt dead. I posted and barely got any replies, and the instructor didn’t really seem to be around either. Like, how is this supposed to be interactive if no one’s actually interacting? Make it make sense. If you’re someone who learns best by asking questions and getting feedback, this probably isn’t going to be worth it.

"Refund process was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried to cancel my ed2go course and get a refund, and it turned into a bigger hassle than I expected. The process wasn’t very clear, the replies felt slow, and I kept having to follow up just to figure out what was going on. I’ve used other online course platforms before, and their cancellation/refund process was a lot smoother and more straightforward. This experience was disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t use ed2go again.

"Course description was misleading"
The course description was way off from what the lessons actually covered. I was expecting something around what was advertised, but the content didn’t really match at all...

"Still didn’t feel ready for a real job"
I finished the course, but i still didn’t feel prepared for the actual job stuff. Like the day-to-day tasks, real work situations, things employers expect... it just didn’t fully get me there.

"I went into this course in a pretty..."
I went into this course in a hopeful mood, but it was disappointing. A lot of it felt outdated and kind of thin, with way too much copy-pasted reading and not enough useful hands-on practice. For the price, I really expected something more polished and worthwhile

"Textbook costs really turned me off"
I went into it assuming the course fee was the big expense, but then I found out I still had to buy textbooks and extra materials. Maybe I’m a little biased because I already hate paying for overpriced books, but it felt like the costs piled up way faster than I expected.
The class itself might be perfectly fine for someone else, but for me, the textbook pricing made the whole thing feel not worth it. I just wish they had been clearer upfront about what the real total cost would be before I paid

"Access ran out sooner than I expected"
I’m a little confused about the timing because I thought I still had more time left, but my access seemed to end really fast. When I looked into extending it, the price felt way too high for what it is. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating and kind of unclear...

"I was hoping for more real projects or..."
I was hoping for more real projects or things I could actually try out, but most of the lessons were just reading and quizzes. It felt more like going through slides than actually learning by doing. Also, having to deal with verification over and over got annoying fast. Overall, I expected a lot more hands-on practice.

"Course felt really outdated"
I was hoping this would be more helpful but the lessons felt outdated and not very useful. It just didn’t seem worth the time

"My experience wasn’t great. The feedback I..."
My experience wasn’t great. The feedback I got was really vague, and the grading didn’t always feel consistent or easy to understand. I tried asking follow-up questions, but the answers were still unclear. If you’re just looking to get through it, maybe it’s fine, but if you actually want helpful guidance or to improve, I didn’t feel like it was worth it

"The billing part really threw me off"
I signed up for a class, which seemed simple enough at first, but then the whole payment situation got weird. Like, I was still trying to figure out what exactly was happening and suddenly I’d already been charged. Maybe I missed something, I don’t know, but it felt confusing in the moment. Then trying to get someone to help with the bill was a whole other thing. I sent emails and kept feeling like the replies didn’t really answer what I was asking, almost like nobody had actually read them. The class might’ve been fine, I barely even got to focus on that because the billing stuff irritated me so much. I wouldn’t sign up again.

"Way too pricey for what you actually get"
I signed up thinking the price would mean the course was really solid, but it ended up feeling basic. A lot of it was stuff I’d already seen online for free, and after going through the lessons I felt more mentally drained than motivated.

For what they’re charging, I expected better support and content that felt more current. It just didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth, and I probably wouldn’t recommend it.

"Really unclear communication"
I signed up expecting things to be explained a bit better, but the emails and instructions were confusing. I kept having to guess what I was supposed to do next, and when I contacted support, their replies didn’t really clear much up. I also had to chase them a couple of times just to get a proper answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. It all felt messy and way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Support never got back to me tbh"
I waited a few days and still didn’t get an actual reply from support. Kinda frustrating ngl, since I was hoping someone would at least follow up.

"The quizzes and assignments felt kind of thrown together"
The quizzes were confusing, and the assignments didn’t feel all that useful. A lot of it seemed rushed, like it was just put together to check a box rather than actually help me learn anything.

"The site kept freezing on me"
I was trying to get through the lessons, but the site kept crashing and pages would just freeze out of nowhere. I couldn’t really finish anything, and that part was weird because everything seemed fine at first.

I subscribed to their CISSP course through edmonds college

Hello, I just completed a course online. But I want to know does the certificate get mailed to you or does it just come with a digital copy?
